Message for Users of
AOL v3 & v4
If you are a member of AOL and are currently using the internal browser provided by AOL in
their version 3 or 4 software, you may have trouble using some parts of this site.
So far we are aware of a problem with the AOL software which affects our order page only. The rest of the site
should be ok.
To get around the problem use another browser than that provided by AOL. Simply sign on to AOL as usual, but instead of using their browser,
open another browser 'outside' of the AOL window. You will then be able to browse the internet as normal, and you should have no problems using our site.
Version 5 of AOL's software we have been assured solves the problems, so we recommend that you migrate to the new software as soon as possible. Problems arise with complex web sites
like ours with AOL's v3 and v4 software because of the amendments AOL have made to the Internet Explorer software they use. Instead they are using a reduced version of Internet Explorer, and
in reducing the software they have inadvertantly stripped out some important parts which have disturbed Internet Explorers normal functionality, and thereby causing unpredictable effects.
